ELIGIBILITY

Thank you for visiting the website of Dala Décor, daladecor.com. All eligible participants of the Unreserved x Dala Décor furniture voucher must have a signed Agreement of Purchase of Sale on or before March 15, 2022. You will be eligible to use your voucher towards any in-store or online purchase as soon as the auction has closed on the Unreserved auction platform without an expiration date. This voucher cannot be applied towards any/all discounted or promotional pieces or during a promotional period. A signed agreement surrounding the Unreserved x Dala Décor shopping voucher previously stated will be mandatory.

ACCESSIBILITY & DELIVERABLES

In addition to your gifted furniture allowance, you will be in touch with one of our Certified Interior Decorators for a curated design experience. This experience will include: 1 x Design Discovery Meeting, 1 x Mood board with 3 Modifications, 1 x Finalized Floor Plan. This touchpoint will be accessible during regular working hours of Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm EST only.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

Within the parameters of your voucher, all purchased pieces will include a 1-year warranty. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Dala Décor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

LEAD TIMES

Custom furniture and oversized items have extended processing and delivery times. The quoted lead time for custom furniture reflects the production and processing time of the item before it leaves our warehouse. Once the item has reached our warehouse, the item will be delivered within 1-2 weeks.

Please note that if your order contains multiple made-to-order/custom items with varying lead times, delivery will be consolidated into one with the latest quoted lead time. All furniture is final sale and not eligible for return. 

Please note that all lead times are approximate and are subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Lead times are strictly quoted as production time only and do not include transit time. Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for delivery. If multiple items are ordered together, the full order will ship once all items are completed.

We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to cancel any order using any promotion or promotional code at our sole discretion. If any order cancellation occurs, you will be credited in full for the canceled order(s). We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

IN-STORE PICKUP:

In-store pickup is also available should you wish you pick up smaller pieces from your order as they are received at our warehouse. Should your order contain items such as large furniture pieces, artwork, or select lighting, local delivery will be the automatic delivery method to ensure efficiency and furniture protection.

COLORS OF ACCURACY AND LISTINGS:

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on our website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, or other content available on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:

In the event that a Dala Decor's product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price on the website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged to your credit card.
