Our team specializes in staging vacant homes and model suites for realtors and builders, while providing luxury rentals for home stagers in Ottawa. Our team of stylists have curated moodboards for the main rooms available in our packages. These mood boards are pre-designed room rental packages that are proven furniture pieces that will fit in any home. Our team can select the appropriate room packages that will fit the style of the home and room size.

Staging Consultation l $200

If you’re needing more advice on how to get your house ready for staging, one of our stylists can perform a design consultation. This includes a 1-hour consultation (In-home or Virtual) and a Follow-up Report with room by room instructions on how to get ready for staging. This is required for all occupied homes where the homeowner will need to prep the home before the staging date. For vacant homes, a consultation is not required but optional as we can design the space from photos, videos, and blueprints.

Staging requests must be made 5-7 business days before the requested stage date. We will continuously strive to shorten these lead times for our clients if possible.
No pick-ups, only deliveries by Dala Decor Delivery Team.

Yes, Staging Packages includes delivery, installation and destaging.
This order will automatically renew for 30 days unless either party gives the other written notice of non-renewal at least three business days before the end of the Contract Period outlined in the order. Additional charges of $1000 per 30-day period will apply.
- 2-3 days after the staging appointment, you will receive a detailed furniture list by email to purchase any Dala products in the house. If you do not have a copy of the furniture list, please get in touch with your stager or stylist.

Our policy is that only our team handles and delivers all our furniture and decor. Single products outside the staging packages will not be available for pick up or rent.
Yes, you can. If you want to use and style your accessories $300 will be discounted on the package fee.

You'll receive our Pre- Staging Checklist which needs to be completed before the stage date in order for our team to complete the install. If the property is not ready upon arrival, a $200 labour fee will be charged. If the stage cannot be completed on the scheduled date, a $500 fee will be charged to reschedule. Any order changes must be communicated to staging@daladecor.com 24 hours prior to the scheduled staging date.
