Our team will require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations, or a $500 fee will be applied. If the property is not ready upon arrival, a $500 labour fee will be applied.
Yes, all Dala staging packages include delivery, installation and de-staging.
This order will automatically renew for 30 days unless either party gives the other written notice of non-renewal at least three business days before the end of the Contract Period outlined in the order. Additional charges of $375 per week will apply.
Within 2-3 days following the stage date, clients will receive a detailed furniture list by email to purchase any Dala products featured in the property. If you do not receive a copy of the furniture list, please get in touch with the Dala staging team.
Our policy is that only our team handles and delivers all our furniture and decor. Single products outside the staging packages will not be available for pick up or rent.
Yes, you can. If you wish to use and style your own accessories we will deduct $300 from the package fee.
