STAGING CONSULTATION $200

Maximize the effectiveness of your staging project with personalized assistance from our team.

During the consultation, you can expect a personalized walkthrough of your home, where our consultant will provide valuable insights on enhancing your home’s visual appeal and work towards the common goal of selling your home.

During the walkthrough, we will take measurements of each room ensuring the furniture we choose for each space fits appropriately. We will make suggestions on how to prepare for stage day and all the way through until your home sells.

Dala Staging Service

By bundling up our offers into simple set packages we have simplified and digitized most of our work involved in preparing and executing staging projects.

This allows our staging partners to focus on their own work while we take care of transforming homes into fully livable spaces that command top dollar sales in the market.

Additional Information

All staging requests must be submitted 5-7 business days before the desired stage date. We are committed to constantly improving and, whenever feasible, reducing these lead times for our clients. 

Staging packages are not available for pick-up. The Dala Decor Delivery Team will deliver all items.

Frequently Asked Questions

You'll receive our Pre-Staging Checklist which needs to be completed before the stage date in order for our team to complete the install. If the property is not ready upon arrival, a $200 labour fee will be charged. If the stage cannot be completed on the scheduled date, a $500 fee will be charged to reschedule. Any order changes must be communicated to staging@daladecor.com 24 hours prior to the scheduled staging date.
