Open Box Items

Open box refers to lightly used furniture that is no longer in its original packaging. These items may show minor signs of wear, but they offer a great opportunity to purchase quality furniture at a fraction of the original price (without compromising on style)!

Availability

These products are overflow from our staging division. Some items may still be in active use and could be out of the warehouse at any given time. To ensure availability, we kindly ask that you email staging@daladecor.com with the specific items you're interested in before booking an appointment.

Local Delivery/Pickup

Items are available for local Ottawa pickup or delivery only. If you are interested in having an outlet item shipped, please contact our team and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote.

Pricing

Pricing varies based on the condition of each item. Product conditions may include, but are not limited to, dents, marks, scratches, defects, missing components, or minor malfunctions.

Please note that discount codes, store credits, gift vouchers, and other sales or promotional offers cannot be applied to outlet products, as they are already heavily discounted.
