I was shopping for an area rug. I appreciated being able to bring the samples home to check for colours. The pick-up was simple but unfortunately, the rug would not lie flat and had significant “waves”. Dala was persistent with the manufacturer and was able to secure a replacement (it took 2 attempts). They ensured I was satisfied with the final product. I highly recommend this business for their customer service!
