General Domestic Shipping
All Domestic Canada orders are shipped from Ottawa. Items are shipped via Courier, Curbside delivery or LTL partners.
- 7% of order value (for orders under $2,500)
-Items shipped using LTL (less than a truckload) are considered too large for a small carrier to deliver and will instead be transported wrapped and protected on a skid.
-The courier is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the package.
- The customer, the person who placed the order, is responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package.

Which items fall under Courier?
These are typically small packaged items that a single driver and truck can manage, carry, and deliver. Ex: FedEx, UPS, Canpar.
We offer free delivery for orders over $2,500 to any non-rural area in Canada. Non-rural areas are defined as within 50 km of the closest city hall. Please allow the standard maximum lead time for your product/order to be delivered to you. Each product has a Standard Delivery Time, please reference product pages for more information. Kindly note that this complimentary service is for one scheduled delivery only. If your order has multiple items, they will be collectively held until all items have arrived at our warehouse.
Domestic White Glove Delivery
We offer White Glove delivery at a flat rate fee of $250 to any non-rural areas in Canada. Please allow 2-5 weeks for your order to be delivered to you. Kindly note that this complimentary service is for one scheduled delivery only. If your order has multiple items, they will be collectively held until all items have arrived at our warehouse.
If you have selected to pick up your order at our warehouse or showroom, our team will be in touch to notify you when all items have been received. A time will be scheduled to ensure our team has your item(s) ready and will assist with loading product(s) into your vehicle.
Complimentary local shipping over $1,000. Must be within 1.5 hours of our Ottawa warehouse.
If you reside beyond the urban delivery zone, which spans 50 km from the nearest city hall, our customer service team will get in touch with you to arrange payment for the entire trip at an extra cost of $1 per kilometre from the nearest city hall to your location. This charge will encompass the round trip.
Some of our larger items are considered oversized and may be shipped with a freight carrier. Please note standard delivery is doorstep only. This means the delivery team does not enter the home or assemble the furniture. If you live in a building it would be brought into the lobby and no further. Most larger furniture pieces come fully assembled. Please ensure you are comfortable bringing it to its desired destination in your home or contact us to upgrade to White Glove Delivery.
At this time we do not offer shipping outside of Canada. To arrange international delivery, we recommend using a freight forwarding company that will ship to your country. Please note customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations.
Custom Shipping Quotes
Please allow 2 business days for our team to gather all required information to accurately quote your delivery before confirming your order. Custom shipping quotes are dependent on size, weight, and location of delivery. Our team will be in touch to make any necessary arrangements required to ensure you receive your order. Should you want to cancel your order upon receiving your shipping quote, kindly let our team know within 48 hours of receiving your quote. We will cancel and reimburse your order only at that time.
Dala Decor reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders placed for a product that is incorrectly priced, no longer available, out of stock, or for any other reason. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been received. In such cases, a full refund of the payment will be issued, and the customer will be promptly notified of the cancellation.
Missed and/or Re-Delivery
If a non-delivery or late delivery is the result of a customer error, such as providing incorrect or incomplete name or address details, recipient unavailability, or any similar issue, any additional expenses incurred by Dala Decor for the re-delivery will be billed to the customer.
