Being welcomed into your home is an honour we hold in the highest regard here at Dala. Making sure we continue to deliver inspired spaces at the highest level to our clients is our greatest daily motivator. Due to the current unrelenting pressures of the global supply chain, in order to survive as a small business we are only able to offer exchanges, and unable to offer returns at this time. We are committed to ensuring every customer has a pleasant experience with Dala.

NO RETURNS - Exchange Only policy at Dala Decor.

• All exchanges must be approved by Dala Decor and made within 30 days of receiving products. Please contact our associates at hello@daladecor.com and they’d be happy to help with any and all exchange requests. Please include your order number, when you purchased your item, and any other information about your order
• Original packaging must be intact for any exchange.
• Customers will be responsible for any freight, pick up or re-delivery charges incurred in returning the product from its location to the Dala Decor Warehouse.
• Any and all restocking fee policies in place with manufacturers will be passed along to the customer.
• In transit or approved returns are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• All Clearance Items are a final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Making sure our customers are happy is our north star, and we take every possible measure to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition, just like you ordered them. However, we understand we’re human and can’t always be perfect - there is a remote possibility that:

• the item may be damaged during transit
• or there might be a manufacturing defect
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you
• If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final
• If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to the customer if customer demands
• 100% refund will be given if a product is not available or the vendor is not able to ship the products
• For courier products, If the delivery address is outside the service area, then only 100% refund will be given

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the stipulated time-frame. Unfortunately, no returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above. To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return from our Customer Care team, will you be requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

Please Note: Every product has a weight limit. In case of weight limit exceeding, there are chances of damage to the product which will be at the sole discretion of the customer and Dala Decor reserves the right to not refund or exchange the product.

Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:

• If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will do everything we can to give you the best possible alternatives, but at the end, the choice of the customer will be final
• If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to the customer, should the customer demands
• 100% refund will be given if a product is not available or the vendor is not able to ship the products
• For courier products, If the delivery address is outside the service area, then only 100% refund will be given

 Products purchased during Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect which will be checked by the Dala Decor QC Team on arrival and refund/exchange will be processed accordingly. 

In Store Pick Ups

If you have chosen In Store Pick up for either our Ottawa or Toronto location. Our Customer Care Team will contact you to confirm your order and provide an estimated time of arrival based on the product you have purchased.
