Canadian Shipping: 
WE OFFER FREE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE  FOR ORDERS OVER $2500 TO ANY NON RURAL AREAS IN CANADA Please allow 2-5 weeks for your order to be delivered to you. 

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY ORDERS UNDER $2500 FOR A FEE OF $250.

IF YOU HAVE SELECTED PICK UP OUR TEAM WILL BE IN TOUCH TO NOTIFY YOU WHEN YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN RECEIVED AT THE WAREHOUSE OR SHOWROOM AND IS READY FOR PICK UP.  PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO YOUR PICK UP SO OUR TEAM CAN ENSURE YOU ITEM(S) ARE READILY AVAILABLE FOR YOU AND WE CAN ASSIST LOADING IT INTO YOUR VEHICLE IF NEEDED.

Items are shipped via Courier (Purolator, UPS, Fedex or Canada Post). Some of our larger items are considered oversize and may be shipped with a freight carrier. Please note STANDARD DELIVERY IS DOORSTEP ONLY.  This means the delivery team does not enter the home or assemble the furniture. If you live in a building it would be brought into the lobby and no further. Most larger furniture pieces come fully assembled. Please ensure you are comfortable bringing it to its desired destination in your home or contact us to upgrade to White Glove Delivery. White glove service may be requested in certain areas at an extra cost. The service includes unpacking, furniture inspection, assembly and removal of all debris.


US Shipping:

For shipments delivered outside CANADA, the customer’s state may charge an OCTROI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
Cancellation of Order by Dala Decor.

Dala Decor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
 If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Dala Decor for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

NO RETURNS - Exchange Only policy at Dala Decor.

  • All exchanges must be approved by Dala Decor. Please contact hello@daladecor.com for any and all exchange requests.
  • Original packaging must be intact for any exchange.
  • Customers will be responsible for any freight, pick up or re-delivery charges incurred in returning the product from its location to the Dala Decor Warehouse.
  • Any and all restocking fee policies in place with manufacturers will be passed along to the customer.


We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • the item may be damaged during transit
  • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • or that a wrong item is delivered to you
  • If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final
  • If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to the customer if customer demands
  • 100% refund will be given if a product is not available or the vendor is not able to ship the products
  • For courier products, If the delivery address is outside the service area, then only 100% refund will be given
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the stipulated time-frame. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
Please Note: Every product has a weight limit. In case of Weight limit exceeding, there are chances of damage to the product which will be at the sole discretion of the customer and Dala Decor reserves the right to not refund or exchange the product.

 Products purchased during Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect which will be checked by the Dala Decor QC Team on arrival and refund/exchange will be processed accordingly. 
In Store Pick Ups

 

  • If you have chosen In Store Pick up for either our Ottawa or Toronto location. 
  • Our Team will contact you to confirm your order and provide an estimated time of arrival based on the product you have purchased.
  • Once item has arrived in store we will contact you for a pick up at your convenience.
